We are very happy to offer this much loved little upright piano, built by one of the most illustrious British piano manufacturers, Collard & Collard.

Established in 1790, Collard & Collard has a long history and was for many years the largest piano manufacturer in Britain. The rich history and build quality of this manufacturer make it one of the most notable piano makers in history.

Through their commitment to high-quality, Collard & Collard successfully built a clientele across the world and satisfied a steady stream of orders with at least 40 pianos per week being produced from their factory in London at the height of their success. 

Collard & Collard was once a household name, but now the name is not quite as well-known as those of Knight, Welmar, Chappell etc. but the instruments are of consistent high-build quality.

This ​Collard & Collard piano offers a 7-octave keyboard, a nice volume and balanced touch, with a three-quarter length music desk.

This charming piano has been owned by the same family for most of its life, who not only had the piano tuned and serviced on a very regular basis but also went to the major expense of having the piano professionally refinished in a satin lacquer which is more inline with contemporary decor choices.
